Mixed
Martial Arts
MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world and since
it's conception in 1993, so many people have started to train in all
martial arts disciplines to become some of the best fighters in the world.
At Team 3 you will learn not only the basics of MMA but also learn how
to apply advanced techniques to be a dominate fighter. You will learn
from REAL fighters that actively compete in the MMA circuit today! You
will also have the opportunity to try out for the Team 3 Fight Squad
if you so choose.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Known as "The Gentle Art", BJJ is
a ground fighting martial art adapted from the Japanese and refined by
the Gracie family. The object is to take your opponent down, control
them on the ground and incapacitate your them by utilizing submissions
holds such as joint locks and chokes. You will learn how to safely apply
these techniques while "rolling" with your training partners
in your class. Although BJJ is a combat sport, it is foremost a realistic
and very effective self-defense and the training can be used as such.
No-Gi Submission Grappling
Very similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, "No-Gi" or "grappling" is BJJ without
the Gi or Kimono. This is typically a faster, more aggressive style of
BJJ where speed, strength, athleticism, and technique is emphasized.
We also incorporate grappling as a fundamental part of our MMA training
program.
Commando Krav Maga
CKM is a real world hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel that
involves wrestling, grappling and striking techniques, mostly known for
its extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks. It is taught
to elite special forces and law enforcement departments around the world.
It was derived from street-fighting skills and has been refined for both
civilian and military applications. CKM emphasizes
threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers,
and aggression; which makes it a perfect class for those who want to
learn "real" self-defense.
Boxing
Here at Team 3 we offer "old school" training for boxers regardless of
experience. Unlike most boxing gyms, you don't need to find a trainer
because we provide that for you. You will not only learn the fundamentals
but also the advanced movements that will make you a very effective and
dominate boxer.
Strength & Conditioning
Unlike other types of workouts, S&C is a high intensity workout that

aerobic movements during circuit training where maximum effort is emphasized.
You are guaranteed to see results! This is perfect for those looking
to lose weight, get into better shape regardless of your physical fitness
level as well as those who are getting ready for a competition or fight.

Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because you will use
punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. This is incorporated
as part of our MMA training program.

to the ground using leverage and balance so that you will be able to
